From A41 Birmingham/Bicester:
Enter Aylesbury and go straight over five roundabouts, next roundabout turn left to the A4157. Go straight over at the traffic lights. Next roundabout turn left onto the A418 (Leighton Buzzard). Drive through Bierton and the next village you come to will be Rowsham. You will drive up a slight incline and pass a bus stop on your left, turn left onto Manor Road. Drive over two bumps and Manor Farm Courtyard is on the left.

From A418 Oxford:
Enter Aylesbury and go straight over first roundabout, then take first exit on the second, still A418. Pass the college on your right and over a bridge. Next roundabout go straight on. Go up a hill and at the top go straight over the first roundabout and right at the second taking you onto New Street. Next roundabout turn left onto the A418. Go straight over next two roundabouts leaving Aylesbury on the A418 to Leighton Buzzard. Drive through Bierton and the next village you come to will be Rowsham. You will drive up a slight incline and pass a bus stop on your left, turn left onto Manor Road. Drive over two bumps and Manor Farm Courtyard is on the left.

From A413 London Road, Amersham:
Entering Aylesbury go over several roundabouts until you pass an Esso garage on your right. Get into the right hand lane for the traffic lights. Keeping right at next set of lights and once through lights, go straight on (not right). At the next roundabout (Theatre on right) turn right onto Exchange Street. Go straight over next two roundabouts. You will pass B&Q on your left. Next roundabout turn left onto Park Street At mini roundabout turn right onto A418 to Leighton Buzzard and continue on this road and straight on at next roundabout, A418 to Leighton Buzzard Drive through Bierton and the next village you come to will be Rowsham. You will drive up a slight incline and pass a bus stop on your left, turn left onto Manor Road. Drive over two bumps and Manor Farm Courtyard is on the left.

M25-A41 London:
Entering Aylesbury, go straight over first roundabout. Next mini roundabout straight on, second, straight after turn right onto Oakfield Road, A418 to Leighton Buzzard. Next roundabout turn right onto the A418 to Leighton Buzzard. Drive through Bierton and the next village you come to will be Rowsharn. You will drive up a slight incline and pass a bus stop on your left, turn left onto Manor Road. Drive over two bumps and Manor Farm Courtyard is on the left.
