1. UK Standard Delivery
Mainland UK Standard Delivery is free for all orders over £300 excluding certain parts of Scotland. Deliveries bellow £300 are charged at £25. (See below for postcodes in Scotland that we DO deliver to free of charge). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to other postcodes in Scotland if it is not listed below.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. 90% of our deliveries are completed within a 3 week period. Our delivery policy is to try to deliver the customers orders as soon as it is possible to do so and in the most convenient manner as possible. That means we endeavor to contact the customer to discuss delivery prior to the goods arriving and do not send the goods out without first talking to the customer. Our couiers will contact you to arrange a delivery with you.
Currently we use a few different methods for delivery depending on the location of the customer. The majority of deliveries are done via a furniture logistics company. All deliveries are booked in prior to the day with our logistics company so that the customer has a chance to organize someone to be there for their delivery.
Our couriers deliver between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
For large furniture deliveries, we will always give you a call to book a convenient day prior to delivery. This will give you adequate time to make the necessary arrangements to receive the delivery. Please note that furniture deliveries are made by a 1 man delivery unit. If you feel you need a 2 man team, then please advise at point of order.
We occasionally deliver via a pallet network which is well wrapped and sealed prior to departure. The pallet with the product still on will be left, access allowing, to the place of your choice, garden/garage etc. We very rarely use this service but will Endeavour to advise you if we are going to use this service for your delivery.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer is not present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum handling charge to cover part cost of the failed delivery. It is important you advise us prior to despatch should you have any access restriction for 7.5 tonne trucks. If there is a failed delivery attempt, a failed delivery and re-delivery charge will applicable.
Some smaller items may be sent via courier on a next day service, please call to check if this applies to your product.
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 14 working days after day of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) providing the goods are in their original packaging and returned in perfect condition. To do so you must notify us in writing via email within 14 working days from the day of delivery. We are able to arrange a collection, however, it is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Refunds will be issued within 30 workings days of cancellation.
3. Damaged or Incomplete Item delivery
Very occasionally, and despite the considerable experience of our despatch team and couriers, items can become damaged in transit. Please make sure you contact us within 48 hours of the delivery taking place to notify us of any damages or shortages. Damages correctly notified will be replaced free of charge. However if you choose to cancel the order at that point rather than accept a free replacement, you must return the goods to us at your expense.
Our aim is to deliver all goods as soon as possible after completion of any transaction. If for whatever reason there is a delay in the delivery of the goods we will inform the customer as soon as possible. We will keep the customer informed at every opportunity so as to minimize any inconvenience caused. 90% of our deliveries are complete within a three week period.
